TheatreWorks employs some 300 artists annually, including Equity and non-Equity actors, directors, designers and specialty artists. The company is guided by a committed 24-member board of trustees, a professional staff of 42, and plays to over 100,000 enthusiastic patrons each year. TheatreWorkers, the company's volunteer guild, numbers 200 strong.
